What delivery options do I have?
Your delivery options vary depending on your location. Customers in UK, Scotland and Wales can choose between Standard Home Delivery and Express Delivery.

Select Pick Up at London Location as the delivery option at the checkout. If you nominate someone else to pick up the parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID and the proof of email as well as their own ID.

How can I track my parcel?
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. We deliver all across the UK including Wales and Scotland.
